Orders will typically be processed within 3-5 business days, but in some instances may take longer and we ask that you allow up to 10 business days for your order to ship.

Policies

Bows are handcrafted and may differ slightly. We ask for understanding in the minor differences that may occur.

Sales are FINAL and bows may NOT be returned or exchanged. However, mistakes happen, and we will gladly fix any errors we may have made. Please email customerservice@shopheritage31.com within 2 days of receiving your order with any issues or concerns you have, and we will do our best to help resolve the situation.
