Shipping

Orders will typically be processed within 3-5 business days, but in some instances may take longer and we ask that you allow up to 10 business days for your order to ship. 

Shipping options and prices will be available at checkout. 

Local Pickup

Free local pickup is offered with a code. Please request code via Instagram direct messages.

Local pickup orders must be picked up within 3 business days of your order being ready. Failure to pick up a local order by the 3rd business day will result in forfeiting your order. No refund will be given under any circumstance for an order not picked up.

Policies

Bows are handcrafted and may differ slightly. We ask for understanding in the minor differences that may occur.

Sales are FINAL and bows may NOT be returned or exchanged. However, mistakes happen, and we will gladly fix any errors we may have made. Please email customerservice@shopheritage31.com OR direct message us via Instagram @shopheritage31 within 2 days of receiving your order with any issues or concerns you have, and we will do our best to help resolve the situation.
